90 North’s branding is inspired by their signature blue colour and the 90 degree latitude of ‘true north’, and was the inspiration for their name. True north is literally at the top of the world, and this matches the goals and aspirations of 90 North – their goal being to be the top real estate investment company in the world.

When designing for 90 North I always had in mind the concepts that they aspired to as a company. Clean efficient uses of space, complimented with curved swathes of blue and secondary colour schemes. Added elements kept with the ‘true north’ theme with line graphics that would represent lines of longitude, latitude and 3d globes. These were used subtly throughout branding to help create and strengthen the character of their brand.
